Hello, I'm Doreen! I have a full-time job and is working on a night shift, but nevertheless, I would like to pursue my passion/interest during my spare time, which is writing. A bit more about me, I'm currently a Human Resource Business Partner Specialist with extensive work experience in organizational development, talent management, change management, HR consulting, and strategic planning. This role brought about extensive knowledge in US/PH laws. This is aligned with my Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences, with specialization in Organizational and Social Systems Development (Ladderized Program) from De La Salle University - Manila.
Prior to said role, I've also worked for a risk consultancy firm, under Ethics and Compliance division. While it is entirely from a different industry than where I'm currently at, it paved way for me to have extensive knowledge in doing enhanced due diligence for various companies, be it a multinational company to small-medium enterprises/businesses. While in this role, one of my key functions was to ensure thorough research, in line with KYC and AMLA, aligned with US/UK/EU laws.
Lastly, my first job experience was for a marketing/advertising company, which allowed me to handle/support people locally (within the Philippines) in driving sales for the key client I represent with. I was exposed to a fast-paced environment, allowing me to handle/deal well under pressure and multiple tasks/on-going projects/initiatives.
