I’m an Information Systems graduate with 6 years of experience in Monitoring Support, IT support, CCTV surveillance, and technical troubleshooting. I have experience with CCTV/IP cameras, networking, computer hardware, NVR systems, and technical support.
I’m also proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Google Docs for documentation, reporting, and data organization.
