2017 to 2018 - I worked in Convergys Philippines which is now Concentrix for a year as a customer representative in a telco company which is AT&T Prepaid US.
then moved to the City of Pasig in June 6,2018then Applied for a job in 2018 here in Pasig
2018 to 2020 - I worked in Sitel Philippines as a Technical Support Specialist in a telco Based in Canada Bell Canada Atlantic region for a year and a half then moved to a different line of business which is in Sales for tv, internet and phone for at least 3 months and then lastly moved to a Technical support position again in Manitoba region until March 15, 2020.
Since Pandemic happened in exactly March 15, 2020 I became jobless for over 5 months and a half since the company was unable to provide help at that time and they don't have any support for transpiration nor do work from home at the time and resigned for good in July 2020.
Then I applied to call a center near our neighborhood I was an intake specialist

I was hired and worked as an intake specialist in a Law Firm based in the US in Colorado, Bacchus and Schanker, I gather basic and missing information of the clients, and asked questions related to what case their in, and assisting them in signing specific documents that will be added to their case, and I order medical records attach the ordered records on the platform their using, and I also fill out their plaintiff fact sheet to complete the information for their case.
and I resigned and worked to a different company
July 2022 to October 2022
I worked in AOL as a sales representative assisting clients in recovering their compromised emails and selling them the services of AOL that can help protect, manage and secure their Identity from scammers
October, 24 2022 to December 2023
I worked again as an appointment setter based in Texas US which is Dunham and Jones, I gather basic information of what type of case and set-them up an appointment to an Attorney to handle their criminal cases.
January 7, 2024 to Present
I am still working as an appointment setter to a Law firm Based in Connecticut, Bartlett and Grippe Injury Lawyers, I gather clients information and their information and what type of case they want to file will be forwarded to the law firm.
