I have been A customer service agent most of my years ,mostly dealing with customers concerns and assisting whatever information they would need to help them solve their problems.
And the rest i have experienced cold calling doing outbound calls thru our leads, helping customers or clients to be able to set scheduled appointments to help their business grow whatever kind of business it is and also customers needs.
