I have been in a BPO industry for approximately 6 years. Along with my experience, I have developed strong problem solving skills, honed my ability to managed conflict and deal with difficult people. In addition, I am also a hardworking person because in my past jobs, I have juggled several tasks at once and excelled in everything I have done. Part of my greatest strength is that I am willing, I am applying for the position that might be new to me because I want to experience and challenge my self to the new heights in my career journey. I always make sure to fulfill the role given to me with truthfulness, eagerness and enthusiasm.
