Hi! I'm Jane, a certified Medical Virtual Assistant. I used to work as a registered nurse at our local government hospital here in Dumaguete City. After that, I worked as a customer service representative for a telecommunications company for 2 years. After that, I worked as a Plan of Care Analyst in Coding Department for 4 years. In that company, we make a plan of care for patients admitted to Home Health. My most recent job was working as a medical receptionist for a podiatry clinic. My tasks were booking appointments for patients, answering patients' inquiries, relaying patients' messages/questions to doctors and addressing them, appointment confirmation, calling back no-show patients to offer to reschedule, registering new patients, checking and uploading patients' eligibility to their charts, both authorization and eligibility for insurance under Optu-----------dical Group, faxing medical records to other facilities and many more.
