1. Assist in the end-to-end employee on-boarding process and perform specific talent acquisition tasks for the timely hiring and placement of qualified applicants under the directive of the Recruitment Head.
a. Process manpower requests of the departments and create job postings in Jobstreet, Linkedin, and other job search sites.
b. Conduct and coordinate screening activities such as scheduling of employment interviews, and obtaining applicant’s documents such as application letter, resume, and other credentials.
c. Coordinate with Company Nurse for the conduct of Medical Exam of applicants.
d. Assist in the preliminary employee on-boarding orientation and endorse new employees to their respective departments/section heads to facilitate their integration into the organization.
2. Arrange conduct of learning programs: venue preparation, logistical requirements of resource persons/training providers, call for attendance and other related activities.
3. Assist in the timely information dissemination and in responding to employee queries to serve requests and resolve concerns within one’s level of authority; escalate other matters to higher authorities.
4. Organize, update, and maintain the 201 files of employees; Employee Database, and other HR files covered in one’s function (paper and electronic files).
5. Assist with the day-to-day efficient operations in HR including availability of office supplies and forms.
