Shadowing Activity for DPA Trainees - Our organization selected me to impart my skills and experience to the 60–70 DPA trainees. I have joined 6 sessions thus far.
I love to help others and provide support for my team. I always take the initiative to check in with everyone to first ask how they feel about going into new projects or completing complex tasks. If I notice anyone having challenges with their workload, for instance, I take steps to find appropriate resources.
