I've been working in the BPO industry since 2009. Started my career as a Customer Service Representative then became a Technical Support Representative on an Australian Telco account. I also had an experience as a Collections Representative during my 3rd to 5th year in the BPO. My latest job was a Client Success Supervisor in a background screening company.
