I started my career in customer service, where I worked for about five years. That experience taught me how to communicate well, handle different types of people, and stay professional even in stressful situations.
Later on, I moved into the healthcare industry, where I worked as an intake coordinator, orders verifier, and quality assurance coordinator. As an intake coordinator, I processed patient referrals and made sure all the important details were recorded correctly. As an orders verifier, I followed up with doctors and nurses to validate pending orders. More recently, as a quality assurance coordinator, I review patient charts and documentation for accuracy, which helps agencies and physicians process payments smoothly.
Through these roles, I’ve built strong skills in organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication. I enjoy supporting teams by making sure daily tasks are accurate and on time, whether that’s scheduling, data entry, or follow-ups.
Overall, I’d describe myself as adaptable, reliable, and someone who takes pride in helping businesses run more smoothly.
