My skills for the role will be posting jobs in different job posting platforms, screening resumes, conducting pre-screening interview, scheduling of interviews. As an employee, I always work with my clients to determine what their exact needs are. And I also ensure the recruiting timeline moves at the pace they need, as if there's an urgent need I don't want to take too long to find the right candidate.
