My certifications are more on Cisco and Fortinet. As my previous role as a NOC Engineer Tier II, we make sure to actively monitor all the clients using the Logic Monitor and make sure to meet the SLA specially the critical one. Team collaboration is one of the most important for me because sharing knowledge with others makes the team more efficient.
