I have worked in the BPO industry for some time and adopted a fast pace working environment. It encouraged me to practice discipline and multitasking to accomplish work in time. It was never easy but hard work pays off. I have been working in this nature of business and have enhanced my communicating skills especially using English language. This helped me in so many ways not just a person but as by being me, I can now say I have worked for a purpose, and that is to provide good service.
