My most recent position was a CSR / Virtual Assistant for 2 years for an aggregator account. On a daily basis, I assist my clients in removing negative reviews by filing cases in their Amazon account. Managing Amazon Seller Central. Responsible for Inventory Management, Product Review and Rating Management, Opening cases in Seller Support. I have some background in Amazon Seller Central, Jira Software, and Asana. What really got me into the field, though, is the interest and curiosity of the Virtual Assistant world. One of my tasks is also updating their daily and monthly business reports and checking their active listings by updating their inventory reports.
