Since graduating in February of 2023, I ventured out to work in the hospitality industry as a Junior Sales Executive, it was only a short time, but I was able to familiarize myself with handling cold calling, drafting contracts, emails, gathering business information and input data on the system that was provided for easy access. As well as creating video-contents with the use of Cap Cut and Canva and drafting captions for the Hotel’s Exposure on social media platforms. (TikTok, Facebook Reels.) I have been also working as a full-time Customer Service Representative at Express Electrical Services. My role involves on accepting customers, gathering data and appointment schedules with high level of accuracy. In my position, I collaborate with my team that includes the In-house Dispatchers and Agents. As a team, we work closely to serve and ensure that we are giving the best options for our clients to take our electrical services in a timely manner. I also showed my aptitude for quickly adapting to the client’s database – namely Service Titan.
