Make and released the memo for habitual tardiness and absences and also In-charge to make the memo for holidays
Attending the hearing, DTI and DOLE Case
Attending the meeting and weekly reports
And sometimes processing business permit.
My greatest work achievement was when i fulfill all the tasks that was given to me efficiently and knowing that my boss are happy and much satisfied with my efforts. And also when i got promoted from Hr assistant to Area HR handling 400+ employees.
