I worked with a BPO Company for 5yrs, I have handled Healthcare account that includes, insurance, billing, pharmacy and medication overrides, scheduling and cancelling appointments, talking with Doctors,psyciatrist,psychologist and counselors, I was able to handle Travel Account, scheduling, cancelling and rescheduling flights and hotel accomodation, I also handled Chat support as a Receptionist. I have handled being an assistant of a therapist/provider which includes sending email and doing outbound calls with clients. This also includes with me managing the providers calendar or availability.
