• Estimator, Computer literate and have knowledge in MS Word, Excel, SketchUp, Plan Swift and AutoCAD.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the Project team.
• Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and completion of the stages of the construction and lead the project, quantity surveying, cost and contract, and claims management activities on site.
• Plan and coordinate all required resources of the project and Implement Quality and Safety management of the project.
• Supervise, inspect, and monitor all construction activities accordance to plans and within budget and schedule. Facilitates the weekly meetings and submit weekly project reports.
• Procure all necessary resources - manpower, services, and materials of the project.
• Evaluate Contractor’s accomplishment and variation orders.
• Preparing the cost estimate & cost plan with feasibility studies.
• Advice the company regarding the management of the overall procurement process.
• Preparing and evaluate the tender drawings & contract documentation.
• Doing the evaluation of progress payment claim, variation and final account.
• Attending project & site meeting and doing weekly site reports.
