I have been a Teacher for 3 years and have also been a Customer Retention Specialist. I am also trained for Medical VA and has HIPAA certification.
As a Career Shifter, there were a lot of skills that I acquired during the transition. Since I am from Customer Service, I have had emotional intelligence, problem solving skills and having a resolution to conflict situations. I also enhanced my multi-tasking skills without affecting the quality of my work. And the most skills that I have is being able to adapt easily to the work environment, since I am open to constructive criticism and with proper training and guidance I can be able to excel.
