Hi, my name is Janice. I am 28 years old graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management. I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative for 3 years where I handled billing, inquiries and sales. Also, in a Real Estate business as an Inside Sales Agent for almost four years which I did cold calling, nurturing leads via SMS and email, database management, appointment setting and pre qualifying leads.
With those work experiences, I learned different styles and strategies on how to handle a conversation over the phone and how to deal with different personalities.
I am also good at organizing data and a fast learner to new software that might be used.
I am resourceful to make sure that I can still deliver an excellent outcome even with less supervision.
My goal is find a company where i can stay for a long term and hopefully for good.
