Im very skilled using some of the different tools such us CRM’s , slack , zoom , Webex , google workspace , google calendar , . when it comes to active listening I am very expert to that , Im very observant on their tone of voice , I take down everything on my notes on some of the important details /points that the customers info or inquiry . when it comes to time management I am very strict to that , I can multitask without comprising quality .
