Hi! I'm Ryfiel, a Computer Science graduate (expected Cum Laude) from the Technological University of the Philippines with practical experience in Software QA, Business Analysis, and IT Administration.
My internship at Equitable Computer Services gave me hands-on experience in manual testing, creating test cases, analyzing software requirements, documenting bugs, and writing technical documentation for enterprise applications. I also worked with RTMs, FSDs, -----------, and issue tracking to support software development and testing.
Before that, I worked as an IT Admin Intern, where I provided technical support, managed Microsoft 365 accounts, automated approval workflows using Power Automate, and developed a QR-based asset management system.
I'm someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and making sure software works as intended. I pay close attention to detail, communicate well with teams, and always strive to deliver quality work on time.
