I have been working in a financial institution for almost 10 years and I have acquired a lot skills and experiences from moving to different process within the same company. One of those skills is being a mortgage triage specialist for almost a yeat. But prior to that I have been a Manager to retail banking for customer service within the bank for 7 years. I have also started as a customeer service representative as an entry level.
