• Performs product development and formulations
• Conduct raw material evaluation for cost reduction, product quality
improvement, and alternative
• Provides production support for newly developed and modified
products during first production batches and makes necessary
modifications based on the results
• Conduct special project activities such as training, seminars, and
product orientation
• Conduct formula evaluation for modification based on production,
quality control requests, and/or customer feedback
