I studied BS in Marketing Management with a wide range of knowledge in the said field. My experience in the BPO industry is my leverage in being a productive freelancer. A quick learner who is passionate about helping customers, especially the company, achieve their goals. I've learned to enhance my skills in both written and oral communication. I started a non-voice home base job with a bit of project-based and soon got the chance to work doing online shopping projects.
