I've been working in the Business Process Outsourcing sector for the last 15 years, starting as an associate then as a team lead. During that time, I've handled medical (patient intake, benefits and claims), e-commerce, listing management for home rentals and fin-tech.
Given my experience in customer service and management, I always ensure that customer satisfaction is top priority and ensures that all projects are 100% meeting the target. As all projects and tasks, communication and collaboration is very much important to me as it also affects the success of the project.
