Proof of work:
I shipped a 10-module production operations platform solo for a US home-care agency, live with daily users (Jun-Jul 2026). It covered scheduling, caregiver matching, attendance via SMS, and an AI triage pipeline that reads real data and produces structured output. I have also built 7 production prompt systems.
