I've been 5 years in BPO industry and been awarded so many times as top performer in terms of customer handling and being top in sales performance. I was promoted as Sales Supervisor after 6 months in my previous company which proves that I always excel in everything that I do as I am not easy to be contented for being good enough but to goal as an employee who work hard to be better in each new days. I always make sure to be known as asset of the company I work with and It's my goal to share my best practices to my collages so then together we will reach our goals in the company.
