I have worked in the hospitality industry for 18 years selling rooms, events/banquets for corporate and local market. I have managed a team for 15 years ensuring that their KPI’s are met. I was able to experience doing things traditionally from telemarketing, cold calling and setting appointments.
I was also supervising the marketing team with our social media accounts for 4 properties answering inquiries through our Facebook pages.
At present, I am a Business Development Manager for a SaaS company selling cloud based software to hotels who would like to optimize their bookings, streamline their operations and drive more revenue to their property.
I'm currently looking for a part time job to share my knowledge and assistance in sales, customer support, email marketing and as a consultant for hotels.
