I am a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in factory construction, mechanical installation, quantity takeoffs, and technical drawing review. I have experience estimating materials for main water line systems, wastewater drainage, and sanitary/CR piping, including pipes, fittings, and valves.
My experience includes reviewing construction drawings, performing quantity takeoffs, organizing materials and quantities using Excel, applying material allowances, and coordinating with contractors and project teams. I also have practical experience in HVAC, piping systems, equipment installation, fabrication, fit-up, alignment, and pre-commissioning.
I am detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable working with international clients and standards. I am currently looking for a part-time estimating opportunity where I can apply my engineering and construction experience while continuing to develop my skills in estimating and cost planning.
