I found passion, dedication and joined a medical VA training as part of my preparation hence enrolled in Medical Virtual Assistant Training Program with ProVA where I gained basic knowledge how to handle U.S. based insurance, healthcare system, scheduling appointment, insurance verification, prior authorization, basic medical billing & coding, HIPAA compliance.
