I conquered and mastered the field of Airlines Booking and Reservation by working as a Specialist in one of the most prestigious and trusted Airlines Company in the country for more than 5 years. My main role was to effectively provide accurate information requested by the customers and place customer reservations in the system according to the customer's preferences. Furthermore, my problem-solving skills were considerably honed by having personally managed customer complaints and provided appropriate and favorable resolution to the customers' satisfaction. I also am a champion of customer service by having to deal with irate and unhappy customers and eventually turned them into satisfied and loyal patrons. Finally, sales is also among my list of capabilities by mastering the craft that has equipped me with relevant information which has proven to be essentially helpful in providing information and suggestions to inquiring customers, eventually turning an inquiry into a sale.
