As a medical biller, I work on claims and different denials, I perform posting charges, research and follow up on unpaid claims to insurance companies, review ,remits and EOB's, do credentialing and work on authorization and insurance verification. I also do customer support where I take patient calls with inquiries and concerns.
I am familiar and knowledgeable with different CRM;s such as office Ally, EPIC, Dr Chrono , Intergy ,Lytec and Trizetto.
