As a long-time registered nurse, I thought I had the following abilities: health coordination, helping to arrange appointments, follow-ups with doctors or specialists, patient education, giving clients useful health education, responding to inquiries regarding prescription drugs, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications, and acting as a client advocate within the healthcare system by guiding them through insurance coverage, understanding treatment options, and effectively communicating with healthcare providers. Along with performing triage and assessment of patients' health concerns, I also monitor patients remotely using telehealth platforms to check vital signs, medication adherence, and symptom progression. I also provide advice on whether self-care measures are appropriate or immediate medical attention is necessary. In addition, I offer emergency response, which includes CPR guidance and helping to provide emergency medical care. In my capacity as a healthcare professional, I have also managed chronic diseases by keeping an eye on symptoms, supporting medication management, and making lifestyle and drug management suggestions. I assist clients in efficiently managing their prescription regimens, which include drug reconciliation, side effect control, and dose reminders. Maintaining accurate records and paperwork is always essential to provide the client with continuity of treatment. The clients receive effective communication, such as telephone support, that addresses their fears, reassures them, and walks them through self-care techniques. I want to be known as a flexible nurse.
