I am a licensed Civil Engineer and a Quantity Surveyor specialized in designing and estimating roof trusses, floor trusses, floor joists, beams, and wall panels for various types of buildings, including single-family homes, multi-family residences, and commercial structures, in both Canada and the United States. I am also doing material take offs and estimates for residential and commercial structures in both countries.
I am knowledgeable in structural design of residential housing using Staad pro and Staad RCDC. I can do estimates using Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel. Lastly, I have a solid background and experience in 3D modeling using SketchUp Pro and AutoCAD.
