My prowess is mostly inclined to non-verbal but I still have excellent verbal skills. I have been in the biggest Transfer Agency services for almost a decade. I am adept in handling customers, stakeholders, clients and vendors in the stock/shareholder industry. Working with a vendor means satisfying both the account(client) and the affiliate by passing and or exceeding the agreed upon service level agreement is a priority. I have been in the management position for 9 years with only 1 year agent experience. I learn with utmost haste and is a visual learner. I work with minimum to no supervision. I have taken courses and seminars with people management applied through coaching, mentoring, staff planning, interviews, teamwork, devising rewards and recognitions, reporting, etc. I have made multiple narratives and theses back in the tertiary education as a sideline. I am excellent with numbers and enjoy writing literature of all sorts. I have also tutored previously the most daunting subjects like Physics and Mathematics. My fields of interest are wide so learning new things would not be an issue.
