I have been working in the HR Industry for almost 5 years now and have developed various skills and abilities throughout this time. From developing promotional materials for company events and initiatives to organizing and executing them successfully, these have all impacted my overall development as a professional. I find fulfillment and satisfaction in being able to impart knowledge I have gained from my experiences and use that to bring about life and motivation to different organizations I have had the pleasure of working with. One important component of putting this together is being able to collaborate with others and make compelling presentations to execute plans and accomplish HR objectives. Without various Microsoft applications and other tools I use like Google, Zoom, Canva and the like, none of these plans would have been as successful as they were. I look forward to being able to contribute just as much if not more to the success of future organization I will be given the opportunity to be part of.
