Additionally, I am responsible for handling our customer's post-booking requests such as changes and cancellation requests, reissuing tickets due to involuntary cancellations, refunds, and name correction. I am an expert in using GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, Farelogix, and Apollo.
