I have worked in a BPO for 15 years and 5 years of it is sales related experience. I have 3 years experience as an account manager with different SaaS and VoIP company. My current job is Account Manager/ Customer Success Relation with a new VoIP company. I was able to constantly hit my target and retain most of my customers in my book. I have d----------- to switch to a remote/ work from home set up since I wanted to spend time with my family since I have been away for 15 years. I am open to new experiences and responsibilities as it allows me to further grow my expertise and make my career adaptable to the changing environment and technology in our workforce set up.
