Working as a Bookkeeper, I get to handle Accounts Reconciliation, Payroll, and log financial entries for multiple clients. I am savvy in Xero, MYOB, Wiise, Hubdoc, Dext, Exflow, Servicem8, Pracsuite, Cliniko, Clockify, Excel Sheets, and other Microsoft and Suite applications.
As a Property Manager for a short-term rental company, I worked directly with the Director to handle listing inquiries from both guests and homeowners. Listing homes on all major booking channels, including Airbnb, -----------, Stayz, and the like, is also part of my job. I am also responsible for setting pricing. minimum stays and promotions for these listings. I set appointments, cleared out inboxes, reply to emails, and send necessary follow-ups to clients and guests. Part of my duty is to handle the Housekeeping Team’s roster and schedule, liaise with guests for any inquiries that require assistance before, during, and after their reservations.
I also take part in handling the social media accounts of the company, as well as any Administrative and
Accounting tasks such as Invoicing, Purchasing, creating credit notes, Statements, and Reconciling
Accounts and Bookkeeping in Xero.
I have taken part in a coffee business using Shopify as the main platform. Updating content and
website format. Taking payments using online Eftpos systems such as Bpoint, Stripe, LiveEftpos.
