Highlights and Accomplishments of more than 3 decades career of business partnering:
• Delivered a healthy home environment for my own family allowing our kids to grow with values and principles that gives them the roadmap to their respective life’s journey.
• Distinctively garnered the “Employer of Choice Award” by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM, CNMI Chapter).
• Mentored and coached direct reports who by now have been taking leadership roles in various industries and businesses.
• Developed the framework of a corporate social responsibility program anchoring it with employee engagement initiatives for an entertainment organization.
• Spearheaded sourcing initiatives that eventually led to a near hire program, community activities, linkages with non-traditional avenue to generate talent pool providing a substantial source for massive recruitment efforts.
• Deployed diverse cultural talents and skills while on an expatriate post, complying with the U.S. Labor and Immigration laws.
• Implemented automation initiatives and projects both global and domestic by implementing HR processes and procedures e.g. HR2, OESR, HRIS.
