I was a learning specialist for a year. I have managed creating and identifying the current and future skills requirements of an organization and creates flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
I work to oversee the operation and development of online e-learning programs or computer-based virtual courses. As a learning specialist, my duties include selecting or producing media to use during training.
Prior to that, I was a Quality Assurance analyst for three months wherein I am responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and assessing the quality and improving the high-quality service provided. To be successful as a quality analyst, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities which I am confident about and you can see it on my profile.
I was also a collections specialist for nine months, I served as the liaison between the creditors and consumers of a company addressing client queries, repayment plans and report collection activities. (US and Canada client)
Additionally, I have excellent communication and collaboration skills, which allow me to work effectively with everyone to brainstorm ideas and provide guidance.
