Throughout my career as a BPO employee, I can say that one of my strong points is my commitment in reporting to work, since I've only missed work 3 times due to unexpected circumstances (birth of my daughter and hardware malfunction during work-from-home setup). Since the pandemic in 2020, I've already thrived working in a work-from-home or remote setup which was also beneficial to me since I already have a daughter.
