I have a diverse background in customer service and sales, with experience in both telesales and digital support environments. My first role involved telesales, where I was responsible for offering and renewing magazine subscriptions, consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets.
Most recently, I worked at Telus Digital as a Customer Service acted as a Supervisor. In this position, I assisted customers with complex issues, ensuring their satisfaction while also maintaining key performance metrics such as call quality, call handling time, and overall scorecard targets. My role involved not only resolving customer concerns but also supporting team performance and upholding high standards of service.
