I've spent 8+ years running e-commerce operations at the COO level, the kind of role where I own inventory systems, supplier relationships, fulfillment, and the day to day so founders can focus on growth instead of firefighting.
Some of what that's looked like in practice: I rebuilt a fulfillment process that cut returns from wrong or incomplete shipments by 45%. I helped scale a company from 4 to 80 employees. I managed a single day pandemic era sales push that hit PHP 20M. And in my first month running a Shopify store, I generated close to USD 4,000 in sales from scratch.
I also speak basic Mandarin and have direct experience negotiating with Chinese suppliers and factories, so communication gaps and delays are rarely an issue on my end.
My toolkit includes Shopify, Cin7 Omni, BigSeller, ClickUp, Trello, Google Sheets, Capcut, and Canva, and I have a background in accountancy that helps me stay on top of the commercial side of the business too.
I'm not looking to just fill hours. I want a long term partner relationship with a founder or team who needs someone who takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged.
Currently open to full time or serious part time engagements. Feel free to reach out directly, happy to hop on a call and talk through what your operations actually need.
