I've worked across the full delivery lifecycle: system design, development, testing, deployment, and incident/production support, using ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices along the way.
More recently, I completed a Master of Information Technology majoring in Cyber Security in Sydney, Australia, and added hands-on full-stack web development skills (JavaScript, React, Node.js) through the IBM Full-Stack JavaScript Developer certificate, plus generative AI training through IBM and Vanderbilt University on Coursera.
