Im trained to take inbound and outbound calls for American Express Card Services. I've also provided level 2 support by providing immediate coaching and feedback to representatives, team leads, and managers alike. I've also done quite a lot of data entry for the same company with regards to their new applications as well as requests for services. I've used Outlook, MS applications like Word and Power point. Ive also experienced doing works in Excel but only at intermediate level only. I'm also trained for 1st and 3rd party collections where I learned to do research and skip tracing. I've also done some freelance content writing for a Virtual Exposition Company that deals with B2B industrial products and services.
My skill set allows me to work with minimum supervision. I'm looking for a stable, permanent job that will allow me to manage my own time as well as provide assistance in every possible way.
