back when I was still an Emergency Responder, I was initiating a research project focused on improving patients safety and reducing medication errors in hospital setting. Through meticulous implementations of safety protocols, were able to significantly decrease medication error rates, ensuring patients well-being and contributing to a culture of continuous improvements.
