I currently work as a Hotel Content Data Analyst for Amadeus based here in the Philippines, where I regularly handle content analysis and maintenance for our Hotel Providers. I also ensure that our new providers, ranging from small to large properties, have their contents and hotel features systematically stored before onboarding them on our platform. I also previously worked as a chat/phone/email support for hosts and guests of Airbnb.
In these two roles, I have gained plentiful experience with managing properties, and problem solving for providers and their customers.
