So I switched careers and joined the BPO industry. At Expedia, I handled flight, hotel, and car reservations for travelers around the world. Later, I worked at Google Support, helping users troubleshoot Google devices and apps. I eventually became part of Tier 2 Escalation Team, answering 50+ emails a day. It taught me patience, communication, and how to turn frustrated customers into satisfied ones.
Still, I wanted more growth and flexibility — so I learned how to work online. I started with a 10-day VA training course, watching YouTube tutorials and spent late nights studying email marketing. I dove into tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, and Klaviyo, and following copywriters I admire like Alin Dragu, Matt Furey, and Ben Settle.
Now, I help small businesses create email systems that build trust and bring real results — not spam, just clear and well-timed messages that convert.
